Looking for a railway I can walk on
As patry of my Mage series I am looking for a sectiomn of railway track I can legally walk on. Ideally with some distance to it before any recognisable buildings. The more abandoned and derelict the better.

Steev, in general, if there are tracks, the line is classed as 'operational' and you cannot go walkies . Even Heritage lines may not welcome giving you access to roam due to safety, liability and other issues. Maybe a line that is being restored? Good luck with your efforts.
